Frequently asked questions

1. Can I make changes after delivery?
Definitely! Each service includes up to 2 revisions, depending on the package/service you choose. Additional edits beyond that may incur a small fee, based on the complexity of the request.

2. What’s your refund policy?
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and depend on how much of the work has already been completed. If a project is canceled after revisions have started, partial refunds may be offered at our discretion.

3. What if I need a service that’s not listed?
No problem! If there’s a service you don’t see, just ask. I’m happy to discuss your needs and let I'll letyou know if it’s something I can do, along with a custom quote.
